Stay away! This place I liken to a sweat shop. They do procedures that are unnecessary and when you question them they get very irate and defensive. McMullen is a child and acts like one as well. They are not patient advocates. The other two orthos are what I call retired in place. Very critical and unhelpful. They don't listen and when they realize they were wrong they just lie. They are all about the $ and do not care about long term care/solutions. There are three different locations (in different strip malls) open for a couple hours a day only one of these locations is open at a time on different alternating days. Due to these idiots only being open when they want it is hard to get appointments. You get the idea this is a shell activity that will likely close one day and not reopen. Recommend going to Siomka. The staff are far and above better and Dr. Siomka Is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Long term solutions and quality is what you understand when you go there and you know this is the place!
They are super friendly and helpful place. But if you pay in full for your teens Invisalign’s and they decide they don’t want to do them anymore they will not refund you for the money not spent. So my only advice is DO NOT PAY IN FULL. Pay by appointment. I did not receive 10k worth of help and they would not refund because I cancelled services.
I am so glad we went with TNT Orthodontist! There are so many options out there but this one is one of the best. Both my kids are going through the orthodontist journey and they are in the best hands. Staff is really professional, always helpful and kind.
